Terms of service

These terms set out the rules for services provided by AUTOMOTIVE RENO CARS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, with its registered office at ul. Wojciecha Brudzewskiego 12/20, 37-700 Przemyśl (KRS: 0000996735, NIP: 7952572026, REGON: 523378245), hereinafter the “Service Provider”.

The terms cover: vehicle import from abroad, restoration of classics and youngtimers, sale of cars available for immediate collection, and mobile wash and detailing with on-site service.

Using contact forms or concluding a contract constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Quotes given by phone, email or form are indicative until written confirmation (email) or signing of a contract.

The final price depends on vehicle condition, scope of work, exchange rates (import) and availability of parts and materials.

The Service Provider informs the Client of schedule or cost changes before starting additional work.

The Service Provider acts as an intermediary / importer under an individual contract. The Client receives vehicle documentation in accordance with applicable law.

Import lead time depends on vehicle availability, customs procedures and logistics — an estimated schedule is provided when the offer is accepted.

The Client is obliged to cooperate with vehicle registration and to provide the required data.

The restoration scope is agreed individually. Progress is documented at the Client’s request (photos, stage reports).

Delivery time depends on project scale and availability of original or rebuilt parts.

Vehicle collection is possible after settlement of amounts due under the contract.

Appointment booking is confirmed by phone or email.

The Client provides access to the vehicle, water and electricity if required — details are given when booking.

The Service Provider may refuse to perform the service if conditions make safe work impossible.

Complaints may be submitted by email to kontakt@renocars.pl or in writing to the registered office within 14 days of discovering a defect or non-conformity with the contract.

The Service Provider reviews the complaint within 14 business days.

The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is published on reno-cars.pl.

Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law.
